Outbound

Please call your driver (number supplied with booking) once you are 30 minutes away from your departure terminal.

You will be met by your driver in the car lane at Departures (T1-4)

For Terminal 5:
Drive up the ramp towards Departures. Bear right at sign for 'Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up'. Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left and follow sign for 'Fast Track'. At entrance barrier take a ticket (don't worry, there will be nothing to pay). Once inside follow arrows on road to 'Row L' where the Chauffeur will meet you and take your parking ticket

Inbound

Your driver will inform you of return procedures when you deposit your vehicle

Additional Information

You will need the following information: Inbound & Outbound Flight numbers, Airport Terminals, Car Details and Contact Telephone number (preferably a mobile number)

There is a vehicle height restriction of 7.5ft

A minimum stay of 3 days will be required
